No Returns or Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages

BH Bio Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
